House Rules
NO STAGS ALLOWED
1. We take a security deposit of INR 5000 which is refundable at the time of check out
2. Since it's in a residential society please ensure that music is on comfortable volume
3. NO SMOKING inside the apartment. This apartment is equiped with wireless smoke detectors. You may smoke anywhere in balcony. There will be a PENALTY of Rs 2500 per day if you SMOKE inside the apartment.
4. PETS ALLOWED only on request. Strict rules apply for pets. Before making your reservation please ask your booking manager. Only small breeds allowed. Guest will have to pay a seperate charge of Rs 1500 per day for each pet at the time of check in which includes dog food and a bed.
5. Please throw trash only in dustbins.
6. Please flush RO water once before using it.
7. Housekeeping staff will come once at 10am only.
8. Homemade breakfast and lunch can be provided at an extra cost. Menu will be very limited.
9. All TV's are smart. Guest will have to use their own paid Amazon, Netflix accounts.
10. A medical kit is always available in the apartment.
11. Incase of emergency please contact your booking manager or the emergency number provided at the time of check in.
